What to expect on your first visit?

When coming into Tribeca Veterinary Wellness you should expect a warm, friendly environment. Our staff is always ready to greet you and your pet with a smile when you walk through our front door. Shortly after arriving you will be escorted to a private exam room, where your pet’s history will be obtained. The veterinarian will introduce themselves and begin a “head to tail” physical examination. We will then review any findings with you and educate you on any recommendations. We always make sure all your questions are answered before leaving the room. The technician will review the medical care plan with you and any costs associated. We pride ourselves in providing the best medical recommendations but alternative medical care plans, flexibility in treatment, and other aspects will be suggested when necessary to provide workable solutions to your family. Our goal is that our patients LOVE coming in for their appointments and views our staff as their “other family”. Our treatment is designed for your pets comfort and safety.
